This apartment building designed for independent senior living invokes the concept of Great Lodge of Adirondack Great Camps or turn-of-the-century Craftsman style residences. Materials for the project were chosen to reflect these early designs without incorporating their inherent labor costs. Features include:

• Grand stair overlooking the central courtyard
• Finished wood beams
