Design Approach The client is an integral member of our design team. The key criteria and situational needs that clients express in the beginning drive every action of the process through to project completion. After investigating a range of alternatives, Razak Associates presents solutions that are uniquely appropriate to our clients' needs.

At Razak Associates planning is truly a process not a single step. We will: • Clearly define project objectives • Confirm compatibility of goals and budgets • Establish a schedule of critical dates • Identify all constraints • Define an approach to resolving major constraints • Demonstrate an understanding of the client's aesthetic expectations
*Milestone Establishment*
Confirming the compatibility of goals and budgets is more than a one-time activity. It is an ongoing process throughout the project that insures our clients' satisfaction and our ability to continually provide valuable services and support. Therefore, Razak Associates establishes compatibility checks at certain milestones:

• Pre-design analysis • Schematic design • Design development • Construction documents (50% and 100%)
